Dr Datta was immediately approachable and friendly. He had clearly reas the notes beforehand and was aware of why we were visiting. He explained what was happening and what he was going to do in the appointment very clearly. Our baby was very relaxed and happy around him which made us feel safe too. He was clear about the plan going forward and advice based on his findings.
