All of the staff were amazing throughout, made me feel at ease and felt very looked after
Everyone I had an interaction with was pleasant and efficient. The clinic was running slightly late and an apology was forth coming. The only comment I would make was the waiting area was cramped as there were several clinics with 2 running late.
As previously written - everyone is so kind and supportive. The experience was pleasant
Easy to book and parking fine. Appointment slightly delayed but the check and removal of wax was quick and easy with doctor.
Cannot really comment as this consultation was conducted via video call
I was very happy with the excellent care i received during my recent admission and follow up.
