I HAD AN OPERATION TO REPAIR A HERNIA IN MY ABDOMEN . I WAS OPERATED ON MY MR AGRAWAL AT SPIRE HEALTHCARE IN BRENTWOOD , ESSEX , AT THE HARTSWOOD HOSPITAL . IN FACT , I HAVE NOT EVEN NEEDED TO TAKE A PAIN-KILLER DURING THE BRIEF RECOVERY PERIOD .

I was diagnosed with 4 hernias! Dr Agrawal explained the procedures very clearly, laid out the side effects and made no attempt to push me into having surgery. Nearly 5 weeks after the operation during which all hernias were successfully repaired I am very pleased with the outcome.

I had a hernia operation two and a half years ago with another surgeon, which was not successful as the hernia returned. After seeing mr agrawal and having a scan he agreed to operate this time it seems successful and I am very pleased with the outcome.

Mr Agrawal was very informative from the first consultation, up until the surgery and follow up appointment. I was always aware of what was happening and what risks were involved and he answered any questions I had with clarity.

I saw doctor Agrawal for help with Gallstones, I was very anxious knowing I would need surgery but doctor Agrawal was friendly and honest about the procedure. The day of my surgery doctor Agrawal was warm and friendly, keeping my nerves under control. Once out of surgery he came to check on me before being discharged. After 4 weeks Post Op I went for my final appointment, and the surgery was a success with my incisions healing well. Dr Agrawal was again friendly and informative with all my post op questions.
