The hospital was very nice, clean and welcoming. All the staff were friendly, attentive and helpful throughout our visit, which made the whole experience feel comfortable and stress-free. We were very happy with the care and service we received.
I have nothing to complain about at all. However, on my visit for a second pre-OP blood test I had to wait half an hour after my appointment time to be seen. I was not given an explanation but it seemed as if my arrival was not communicated to the staff taking the blood.
The hospital & staff were very professional throughout my visit. I was treated with care & respect throughout.
All the staff were helpful, kind and just wonderful with our young son. Everything was clean and food was great x
