I don't have enough words to describe tje over service that The Circle Group provided me, lastly Dr. Nicholas Marshall was amazing, professional and new about my requirement, complex in my opinion but he made it look easy was like walk in the park. I am so grateful to Dr Nicholas Marshall for his outstanding care .referred for gallbladder removal , I was nervous - but Dr Marshall wisely arranged an MIR first , which revealed I have no gallbladder . He confirmed with an ultrasound , preventing completely surgery . His thoroughness and attention to detail made all the difference. Highly recommended- Thank you DR Nicholas Marshall.

I was operated by Mr Marshall at the London Independent Hospital and from the first meeting, he was warm, friendly, reassuring and very knowledgable about my gallbladder removal which put my mind at ease. He answered all my questions honestly and did not rush my consultation so I had time to ask everything I needed to. After surgery, Mr Marshall visited me twice to make sure I was ok and to check if I needed anything. I would highly recommend Mr Marshall and would not hesitate to use him again! 5 ⭐️ experience!!

This is a very difficult review to write as my experience with Mr Marshall, both at the pre op consultation stage last week, and during today’s pre op and, post procedure at the London Hospital, were ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL! Mr Marshall is kind, empathetic and most importantly, never patronising. No question was too silly, and all answers were given in a considered fashion, with the benefit of a touch of humour. Undoubtedly a tip top surgeon, Mr Marshall is a truly modest expert who treats his patients with utter respect. In short, based on the repair of my inguinal hernia procedure today, I simply can’t recommend Mr Nicholas Marshall, and the seamlessly wonderful London Hospital more highly.

Dr Nicholas Marshall was very helpful and kind from the first moment we met. Always keeping things light and funny which helped me relax and feel safe going forward. I appreciated the hospitality and assurance Nicholas provided during my time at the hospital.

I always expect those working in a profession as important and stressful as Dr Marshall to have a blunt and sterile (ha) personality - but Dr Marshall was bubbly and helpful! Perfect clarity in his explanations and was nice to have a fun chat with him. I’ve never had an easier appointment in my life 😂. I want to thank him again for his help! Bless🙏

I recently had an operation and couldn’t be happier with the care I received. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel completely at ease. The operation went smoothly, and my recovery has been excellent thanks to the outstanding care and support I received. I’m incredibly grateful to the surgeons, nurses, and all the staff for their expertise, compassion, and dedication.

I had an amazing experience at the independent hospital the staff where amazing great team. Usually I hear people having bad experience after there surgery not at the independent hospitals but other ones I am very happy I had my surgery at the London independent hospital Thank you
