Urologist
Essex, IG9 5HX
Mr Stuart Graham is a consultant urologist with a particular interest in all aspects of kidney stones. He qualified from St Thomas' Hospital (now part of King's College London) and completed his training to become Senior Clinical Fellow at the Stone Unit in University College Hospital. During his time there, he received the Markowicz Prize for Registrar of the Year and he still holds an honorary consultancy with the hospital.
Currently, Mr. Graham works at Whipps Cross University Hospital as a Consultant Urologist and Stone Surgeon. Within just six months, he performed the first percutaneous nephrolithotomy in day surgery, highlighting his undoubted skill. He also is the chief investigator for the GOLIATH trial that is researching the use of laser prostatectomy and has been instrumental in setting up new care pathways for patients with renal colic.
With patient care as one of his prime interests, he has also established a nurse-led 23 hour discharge pathway that ensures that patients are discharged more quickly when they are ready to go home. This undoubtedly heightens patient satisfaction with their treatment and epitomises Mr. Graham's desire to diagnose, treat and most importantly, care for his patients.

Mr Graham is an excellent urologist. We were trainees together and I would recommend him to anyone who needs their urological problems seen to.
