This is the second time I have visited the Rivers Hospital and both times I have found it a good experience.

I am always welcomed warmly when I attend my appointments and cared for professionally. All the staff are kind and help me to feel less stressed. The facilities are clean and up to date.

Really good overall, although they did mention shortage of staff due to covid which can be helped and we're using agency staffing who were a little unfamiliar with the surgery at times. Always double checked and everything was fine though.

From my first phone call to Rivers enquiring to see Mr Agrawal right through to my aftercare I have had a great experience, everyone I’ve spoken to and met along the way has been so friendly and helpful. My nerves on surgery day were high and from the minute I walked through the door I was put as ease. The anaesthetist was comforting and reassuring. The plastics nurses are amazing and so lovely. Would highly recommend Rivers.
