The Nuffield staff are excellent. I much prefer this hospital as my experience in others has not been good. I am always treated well and my follow up appointment went good with clear instructions from the staff where to wait and its always nice to be able to obtain a hot drink whilst waiting

Car park desperately needs resurfacing. Decor is in a really sorry state. Just a coat of paint would make a huge difference, so the mind boggles as why things have been allowed to fall to this extent.
