The recent visit, like all the others, was efficient, informative and reassuring. Mr Mughal has an extremely good manner in terms of explanation, describing the prognosis and reassurance that all is a it should be. He has made sure x-rays were taken and shown me the results. I've been told about the follow- up required and been given a date for this.
