Mr Dmitrewski was extremely thorough and helpful from my first consultation with him, through my hernia repair operation and through my follow up consultation afterwards. He involved me and my wife all through the process explaining each step of the way how it would work. He made me feel very confident and relaxed about the whole procedure. My son has also had a hernia repair carried out by Mr Dmitrewski and neither of us would have any reservation in recommending him to future patients.

Was not looking forward to the procedure but Mr Dmitrewski immediately put me at ease. He explained everything to me in a concise and clear way.

In July 2025 I consulted Mr. Dmitrewski with a suspected Spigelain Hernia. He arranged for an ultrasound examination and a CT scan and following these the suspected diagnosis was confirmed. A date for surgery, convenient for myself, was arranged and in mid-September 2025 I checked in to the Nuffield Hospital as a day patient. The operation was successfully completed and I returned home the same day. The stitches were removed 10 days later. I had a follow up meeting with Mr. Dmitrewski at the end of October and all was well. Throughout the experience Mr. Dmitrewski was very professional at all times. He gave a full explanation of what the surgery entailed, including the potential risks, and answered all my questions. His manner was kind and friendly. The operation went very well with no complications. I am grateful to Mr Dmitrewski, the anestheist, nurses and support staff for the positive outcome. Following the operation I sent an email query to Mr. Dmitrewski's secreatry about driving post op and this was dealt with in an efficient and speedy manner.
