Very Happy and highly recommend Dr Menon and his team. He was very understanding and informative and made me instantly at ease. I left my procedure with a full report of his findings and a plan for next steps too. Dr Menons secretary was extremely helpful too and went over and above to help me arrange the appointment and send on any documents. I would highly recommend!!
I found Dr Menon to be very good at explaining the issues I have with IBD . He was very thorough in our discussion and very good at explaining what I can do to manage my IBD. I came away from my appointment fully informed and reassured. I enjoyed meeting Dr Shyam and would recommended him fully . Great Experience and Great Doctor.
Dr Menon is always understanding, wish he was my GP. Listens and gives all the time you need. Reassuring and knowledgeable.
I was very impressed with Dr. Menon , and his way of letting me talk and him letting me explain to him what I think may be my problem. He was very understanding and agreed with what I thought was wrong . He went on to write letters to my local Drs. explaining what my symptoms are and explaining to them what he thinks I need to have done to help me . I think he’s a very lovely man , with a a unique way of making you feel at ease , and also he’s excellent at explaining things to people . I left his office feeling a little better but the fact I would actually get the help I needed .
Dr Shyam Menon was very helpful and professional. He listened and did not rush the appointment, explained everything and was clear about the next steps- Thank you
