We’ve known Dr Bakshi for a number of years after he initially saw our son regarding an allergy. He has been happy for us to reach out to him as and when we needed advice on a variety of paediatric medical issues, and even out of hours / whilst on holiday he has come back to us with the advice and reassurance we wanted.

Dr Ratu was extremely helpful and went out of his way to call me to discuss and explain things further. He is very patient and knowledgeable

Absolutely excellent experience on what could have been the worst day of our lives, he was there for us every step of the way. He would always stop and ask us how we were getting on, enquire as to our other child and make time for any questions we had.

My surgery was very successful, I was aware of everything that needed to be done step by step, the surgeon was very patient with me asking questions and answering fully, all other staff were so tentative and helpful, very professional yet made me feel at ease!

Dr Kanani was fantastic with my daughter. He agreed to see her for dermatology complaints and although couldn't answer all our questions referred us on and we have an appointment very quickly to be seen within the NHS. My daughter was petrified of blood taking but he put her at ease and she thought it wasn't too bad! Thank you
