Everything was explained very clearly and any questions were answered immediately. I had a vaginal hysterectomy and tidy up to deal with a prolapse. The whole process of consultation, operation and follow up was excellent. I can honestly say the procedure was painless - I kept expecting pain but there was none! I put that down to the skill of the surgeon! Going to see any medical consultant is stressful but this time it was (almost) a pleasure! Wonderful ‘bedside manner’, friendly and reassuring. Thank you.
