Explanation
Mr Abdul has been nothing short of fantastic, even when I became unwell due to a known post operative complication Mr Abdul resolved the issue and made appropriate arrangements even when he was on annual leave and with his family late Christmas Eve, arranging for me to be admitted to hospital and to receive appropriate aftercare and treatment. Further at the very start of my treatment at the time when I was first making enquiries about using Mr Abdul he went above and beyond to access everything he needed from NHS colleagues out of the area in order to reassure and see me quickly and attend to a health matter that was causing me immense distress and worry. I came to realise very early on that Mr Abdul goes above and beyond all of the time, it's just who he is because he genuinely cares about people and their outcomes. He is amazing and I will never forget what he has done for me.
