Mrs Ami Shukla

I visited Mrs Ami Shukla on Monday evening. She was very welcoming. I felt completely relaxed and everything was explained, and I was happy with what was decided.

I am a very anxious person and Mrs Shukla made me feel at ease. She told me all of my options and explained very clearly what the prodecedures would include.

Mrs Shukla was lovely and actually listened to my problems without telling me I was imagining everything as previous doctors had said. Put me at ease even with the examination. The assisting nurse was lovely too didn’t catch her name though.

My visit was arranged swiftly and I could not fault Mrs Shukla’s attitude. She took the time to understand my issues and explained everything clearly. I was given a treatment then and there and further information for me to make an informed choice on my next steps. A second appointment has been made for a follow up. Excellent service. Thank you.
