I felt safe and listened to! However it has been 9 days and I have had no letter response which is disappointing

Thank you so much for leaving a review, and I am really pleased to hear you felt safe and listened to. That is so important to me. I am so sorry that your letter was delayed. My standard is to write and send letters to all my patients within 48 hours, and I can only apologise for your experience. I will be investigating how this has happened. I completely understand why you are disappointed, and I share that disappointment. As this review is anonymous I am unable to reach out directly, so please do contact my secretary if your letter has still not arrived.
Felt listened to and understood. Good clear explanations and justification with additional professional advice based on research. Really pleased with the plan and how to access support if needed in the meantime. Very pleased with the consultation and felt as if my concerns mattered and made sense. She spent as much time as needed to get us to a plan and cover all the aspects raised. Superb service. Thank you..

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful and detailed review. I really appreciate it. Feeling heard and understood is so fundamental to good care, and I am really glad that came through in our consultation. I always want my patients to leave with a clear plan and the confidence to access support when they need it. Thank you for trusting me with your care.

Excellent consultation, clear explanation and options discussed with pros and cons of options, learnt a lot. I would highly recommend Dr Radley for her attitude, knowledge and kindness. She truly has the best interest of her patients at heart.

"Thank you so much for such a generous review. It really is lovely to read. I'm so pleased you felt informed and well supported throughout our consultation. Wishing you all the best.
Following my recent hysterectomy, I was catapulted into a surgical menopause. I had previously seen Dr Radley when I was perimenopausal and she had helped me with symptoms I had been struggling with. After my hysterectomy and the removal of my ovaries I had been in a terrible state suffering with extreme hot sweats that were 24/7, depression, anxiety, insomnia and itching skin. I honestly thought I was cracking up and became isolated. I went back to see Dr Radley who was amazing. She listened to me and reassured me that I wasn’t going mad. After discussing my symptoms, she explained everything to me and my husband and for the first time in the two weeks since my operation, I felt calm. I’m now having blood tests to check my hormone levels and then Dr Radley will decide on an increase to my HRT. I would honestly recommend Dr Radley to any woman who is on the menopause journey because there is no reason to suffer in silence when there is help available . Thank you so much Dr Radley.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience and for your kind words. Surgical menopause can be an incredibly overwhelming and sudden change, and I'm so glad you felt supported during what has clearly been a very difficult time. It was lovely to see you and your husband and I hope the blood test results bring some clarity so we can get you feeling much more like yourself again.
