Dr Preeti Jain made me feel very comfortable and reassured throughout my appointment. She listened to me intently and explained everything in clear detail. I wasn't sure what to expect from my appointment. Following inspection, a minor procedure was performed, and I came out feeling confident with the plan going forwards and the steps laid out for me.
I recently visited Dr Jain after suffering with recurrent UTIs and cannot recommend her highly enough. After years of dealing with these issues and seeing several urologists, it was so positive to have a clear plan moving forward. Dr Jain was incredibly friendly and took the time to properly listen to my concerns. She arranged further investigations, which have given me a much clearer understanding of what is going on and the next steps. I’m extremely grateful for her care and would highly recommend Dr Jain to anyone experiencing similar issues.
