I am extremely grateful to Dr. Preeti Jain for the care and treatment she provided throughout my procedure and recovery. From my very first consultation, Dr. Jain was professional, compassionate and reassuring. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly and make sure I understood the treatment and what to expect. I felt that I was genuinely being listened to and that my concerns were taken seriously. Having a procedure can be quite daunting, but Dr. Jain’s calm and caring approach gave me a great deal of confidence. I have been receiving treatment under Dr Jain for the past 2.5 years, and throughout that time I have received nothing but respect, dignity and genuine support. From the very beginning, Dr Jain created an approachable and reassuring atmosphere where I felt comfortable asking questions and, most importantly, felt that I could fully trust her judgement and the treatment she felt was best for me. She was honest and clear with me about the need to lose weight before I could be considered for my operation. Although it was something I knew I needed to do, having her guidance and support made such a difference. Once I had achieved the required weight loss, I was able to have my operation remarkably quickly. I cannot thank Dr Jain enough for her continued support, kindness and professionalism throughout my journey.
