Kept waiting for 15 minutes, don’t expect that when I’ve paid for appointment, but once seen everything was excellent

Ok just seems unnecessary to keep typing in an iPad the same details every appointment to book in,feel a name should be enough after your first visit and details are on record, takes a lot longer than a person booking you in at the desk.
