All of the staff at Midland Eye were so kind and very efficient, every area you see a smiling face and very professional people who make you feel welcome and comfortable from operating staff ( who were brilliant ) and the reception team who are so helpful in all they do.

Well cared for and prompt attention

Found the clinic to be staffed with very friendly and knowledgeable people. Mr Whu, my consultant explained everything about my problem and related to all the options that I could take. I opted for the operation and I cannot fault the work he did which has given me a very good outcome. I am very satisfied.

Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming.

Paid for 2 blood tests. On day of test we had keep repeating our contact details. Waited 4-5 days for results, then had to chase to be told they have a back log but should have them Sunday I repeated my email address again to receptionist to make sure they had it. Chased again Monday morning as still no results only to be told they were sent to a completely random email address (data breach I think), even though I repeatedly gave my email address on 2 occasions. Then I was told they only tested for 1 blood test not the 2 we paid for. Had to go back to have more blood taken for the 2nd test. So no not a good experience. Very unprofessional
