Not happy . Terrible. I booked an appointment which was never followed up on and was never confirmed. Therefore I still am having issues with my eye and not seen this consultant even though vitality is showing that I have. Although I have contacted many people at vitality and moor fields, it’s been frustrating as I cannot get an appointment and they keep offering me hospitals out of London . 1 star

Relaxed friendly

I arrived in good time for my 12 noon appointment. At 12:25 I went back to reception to let them know I was still waiting to be seen. Apparently, the radiographers didn't know that I was there and waiting. Not the service I expected from a private hospital.

Very professional. Was attended to quickly. Short waiting time. Pleasant staff.

From consultation to the operation I was very pleased with the treatment I received. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Clinic was clean and beautifully furnished. Drinks available too. Excellent all round.

All staff were kind, efficient, and effective. I felt safe and in good professional hands. Consultant Mr. Wing Chan was clear, knowledgeable, and his work was caring and comprehensive. Consultant Mr. Wing Chan and the Cathedral Eye Clinic are highly recommended - I would return there with a high level of trust in their compassion and professional integrity.

From talking to the team on the phone initially, to first appointments and surgery then follow up the whole experience has been exemplary
