He is an exceptional retinal consultant and surgeon whose technical expertise is matched by genuine warmth, grace, and an unwavering commitment to patient‑centred care. Across both procedures, Mr Muqit took the time to understand my concerns, explain every step with clarity, and ensure I felt fully informed and reassured. His empathy, precision, and determination to find the best solution for my eye condition made an enormous difference at a time when confidence and trust mattered most. The consistency of his care — from assessment through surgery and recovery — has been remarkable. I felt safe, supported, and listened to at every stage. From the receptionist room to admission on the ward and my operation in theatre everything went really well. Very impressed by all the care and attention shown and the pertinent information about post operative care were all done professionally.
