Excellent advice and superb treatment

I found Miss Sharma had very little bed side manner. Seemed quite rushed and didn’t seem to really want to take the time to explain what was quite a lot of information. I think when someone is a consultant and especially when one is paying for private health care, there needs to be warmth, a feeling of there being plenty of time to talk things through. To be able to explain simply to the patient, even if this is something that you do every day and it makes sense to you.

Very attentive and has an excellent bedside manner. Takes a holistic approach to treatment, not just drug based. Individual treatment plan to ensure it fits with the patients lifestyle. Provides detailed information at every stage of treatment. Undoubtedly, an expert in belpharitis, MGD, Dry eye treatment.

Miss Khan is a highly competent surgeon who during the process of two cataract operations, with initial reviews and follow up appointments, explained everything very clearly and put me at my ease throughout. She is very professional with a really personable manner. I would not hesitate to recommend her to others.

Sharmina was fantastic, she listened to my issues and arranged the appropriate tests to take place during my appointment. Unfortunately this came with some negative news on my diagnosis. However Sharmina made me feel comforted and went above and beyond to find the best possible consultant who could advise more on my condition. It was a pleasure to deal with Sharmina and I would assure anyone thinking of making an appointment would have the same experience
