Excellent and friendly overall. However the ground floor receptionist ‘s manner was somewhat brusque and unfriendly, something worthy of review. By contrast Janet Bartlett, Mr Day's ‘administrator’ could not have been more helpful. The waiting area was comfortable and the appointments all ran to time.

Wonderful staff and treatment

The overall experience was marred by the fact that the lens didn't arrive when it should have done. But they adjusted well and rescheduled me fairly seamlessly.
