There was an issue with my appointment and it meant i wasn’t able to get my procedure done that day which i did expect too but the situation was quickly dealt with and options were available. Dr Guy Ratu was absolutely amazing! he was very informative and made me feel at ease about the procedure i was due to have. due to the appointment/ procedure issue, i had to re book my procedure and Dr Guy Ratu did that exactly! he offered me lots of dates and times and managed to get me in just 4 days later. He was very helpful and talked me through the procedure as thoroughly as possible :)
I came to Sk:n for skin tag removal on one area, the Dr advised me I could have more taken away if I desired so after the consultation I went away to think about it. On the day I had 4 skin tags removed on my face/neck. The procedure was explained to me thoroughly and although a little discomfort was felt it was quick and the pain was manageable. I highly recommend Dr Guy and would not hesitate to use Sk:n again.
Great experience, very open and honest, made me feel very relaxed and comfortable, understood all my concerns and I hope to see some results from the treatment plan.
