About Mr Adrian Burman
Mr Adrian Burman is a highly skilled and experienced diagnostic medical Sonographer with 20 years of imaging experience, 16 of which have been in ultrasound. Mr Burman's diagnostic skills and wealth of knowledge are exceptional, and he is proficient in all routine and many specialist areas of diagnostic medical ultrasound.
Mr Burman began his career as a fitness professional after graduating with a sports and exercise science degree from the Manchester Metropolitan University. He worked for the Marriott hotel chain, where he set up and ran fitness programs for its staff and residents. After gaining experience in the fitness industry, he pursued a degree in diagnostic radiography at the University of Central England in Birmingham, where he spent several years at the prestigious Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham.
After beginning training in diagnostic radiography, Mr Burman went on to specialise in diagnostic ultrasound, particularly in Musculoskeletal ultrasound (MSKus). He has taken his skills into the private sector, creating his own company that provides diagnostic ultrasound services to GP's hospitals, various clinics in the community. Additionally, on a part-time basis, he provides ultrasound support to well-known medical device companies such as Sonosite/FUJIFILM and MINDRAY UK as a Clinical Application Specialist for point of care. Mr Burman also provides consultancy services and educational webinars for various ultrasound companies.
Mr Burman's tenacious approach to his work, coupled with his extensive knowledge and previous experience in sports science, ensures that patients receive the best possible service.

Adrian was very thorough in respect to my kidney issues. He took time to thoroughly explain what he saw leading to a two way discussion. This was so refreshing instead of the sometimes ridiculous secrecy associated with NHS Ultra sound. I highly recommend him and his professional approach. I took a leap of faith and it was so worth it.

Very pleasing visit, before work started it was a little introduction explaining what Adrian would be looking to do and how, I gave introduction of my problem. so then on to the ultrasound in action again Adrian was talking me through what he was looking at on his screen with explanation of his findings. I have to say I felt very comfortable in his manor of explaining with his findings and explaining all the information is saved and can be passed on for my doctor to review for next steps.

I was seen by Mr Burman within a few days of requesting an abdominal Ultrasound scan. I needed an urgent appointment as I had a consultation with my Surgeon later that day. Mr Burman went out of his way to fit me in and provided a same day report. I found Mr Burman to be both courteous and professional . I would be happy to recommend his services.
