Mr John Jeffery

When I first arrived and was scared he reassured me that everything would be fine and that if I wasn’t ready for my surgery even on the day we could wait which gave me a piece of mind. The entire time he supported me and helped me through every worry and answered all my crazy questions without even thinking twice. Overall dr Jeffery was an amazing surgeon and doctor and I’m very sad I won’t be seeing him monthly now

My recent experience with John was overall a great experience. He gave a clear explanation as to why i may be experiencing pain in my knee and the options i have to relieve the pain.

Amazing, dr Jeffries has been amazing, my daughter wouldn’t be living her life as well as she is, she has even gone on to sign up for the London marathon, she has had multiple surgeries all of which have been fantastic, he is compassionate caring and just all round an amazing dr who cares and has so much patience with his patients

We had a post surgery follow-up today with MrJeffery. He did an ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair for my 15-year old daughter who had a sports injury last year. The survey went very well so does the recovery. Mr Jeffery is very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. He explained the surgery process clearly and answered all our questions making us feel a lot eased before the surgery. He visited the ward when my daughter stayed in the hospital. The follow-up appointment was quick and nice as the recovery has been progressing very well. We are so grateful for having Mr Jeffery for my daughter’s surgery.

We are incredibly grateful to Mr. Jeffrey for the care he provided to our 12 year-old daughter Willow during her paediatric MPFL and PTA surgery. From our very first appointment he was kind, reassuring and took the time to ensure both our daughter understood every step of the process. He made her feel at ease throughout her treatment. Always knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and reassuring

Dr. Jeffery is very skilled surgeon and expert in his field. We felt in very safe hands and had the utmost confidence in his skills and knowledge. He has a wonderful bedside manner. He’s kind, calm and explains things clearly to the children to put them at ease. He’s answered our many questions and provided supporting information to help us make an informed choice about the best operation for our daughter. As parents it’s a very scary thing to see your children go through such an operation, but he also put our minds ease both in the pre op and on the day of the operation. She has had an incredible outcome and we cannot thank him enough.

My son had the best experience with John . He is so kind and explains everything so clearly. He is very efficient and really shows he cares for his patients , never rushes the appointment he really listens.
