Nurse very pleasant and professional. I felt confident in the questions asked, and that the nurse was an expert in what she was doing. We had sat in heavy traffic and was afraid we were going to be late for our appointment. When we got there the directions were not very clear as to the whereabouts of the clinic itself. After arriving dead on time. We had a job to find exactly where to find it.
Didn't know what to expect. The nurse who did the procedure/check made me feel comfortable. She was really friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I did really appreciated the advice on sun cream and then the leaflet to support some of the chats we had regarding skin, UV and sun cream.
Everyone I saw were really friendly and reassuring, made me feel comfortable at every stage

The hspt experience was excellent but the seven week wait for an appointment was not

The nurse I saw was very thorough both during the process of taking background information and also during the examination. Her explanations were very clear and I felt confident in her assessment. I was worried particularly about two areas that she photographed and, as a result, it turns out that one of those requires further investigation. The whole process was relaxed and calm.
