Each and every member of staff, from the moment I arrived, was kind and helpful- just the approach needed for this type of medical check and when you’re anxious. The appointment was swift and efficient and every member of staff was kind and considerate at each stage of the check. The specialist nurse was friendly and extremely thorough in her examination of my entire body. After the examination she offered me a lot of sound advice concerning my general health. All in all this was a very worthwhile experience.

Had a great experience. The nurse really put me at ease and made the whole experience pleasant. She was clear with the process, the next steps and walked me through everything step by step. Clearly very knowledgeable and could answer every question I had.

Time was taken to put you at ease as the procedure was explained before you were examined. The inspection of my skin was done thoroughly and if anything needed a closer look pictures were taken and this too was explained . I was told I'd get a report in 24 hours of my appointment which pleasantly was emailed to me the same day, which gives you peace of mind and not having to wait days or weeks for the results
