Very friendly receptionist. The nurse was also friendly and approachable, performed the skin check without making me embarassed and provided the booklet on what to check for in the future explaining every page before I left. Excellent service.

The whole experience felt supportive, thorough and professional. The nurse was spot on with her clear explanations, I found her to be friendly professional and capable.

At home blood test - I didn't collect enough of a sample the first time, and I think I was somewhat fortunate to collect enough the second time even with 3 lancets. I was pleased a second test kit was provided to me free of charge, and for the tips provided to help blood flow - I suggest these should have been provided with the test kit to have helped with the first collection. It's a shame there is no alternative approach to obtaining a blood test, for example utilising a NHS centre, if needed.

I had started my appointment earlier than scheduled and the skin check was carried out very efficiently. The skin specialist was very friendly and very professional. She dealt with my concerns immediately and put my mind at rest. I am very happy with the service I’ve received today. Thanks!
