The clinic was in central London and was easy to find, and both the building reception and the clinics reception were friendly and welcoming. The reception area was pleasant and both members of staff were very nice explaining what they were doing and answered any questions I had.

I managed to get a next day appointment. I saw the same lady constant that I’d seen before who was absolutely lovely, so I knew she would be efficient and thorough. She talked me through everything, studied my lesions and advised that she would scan them for a more detailed diagnosis. I received the reassuring report the next day. Incredible service.

The visit was better than expected. Clinic was beautifully modern and clean. All staff I came across were friendly and professional. My doctor did a amazing job at reassuring me and answering all my questions.

Wasn't really aware of the Check4Cancer programme at work, stumbled across it - so more awareness there needed. Was impressed with how quickly an appointment was booked. Mary the Specialist Nurse was excellent - care and attention, knowledge sharing and advice - all excellent.
