🌟 A Surgeon Who Restores Hope 🌟 Today I had the privilege of seeing Mr. Shaerf on our Zoom call — I left the appointment feeling lighter, deeply hopeful, and truly seen. His calm, patient, authentic, and uplifting presence immediately brought a light I had been desperstely searching for. He possesses the rare humanistic, and empathetic qualities that so many in medicine lack — the ability to gently put a patient at ease, even when faced with such a complex case that other highly regarded surgeons had deemed impossible and inoperable. Where others saw a dead-end, Mr. Shaerf saw possibility. He didn’t rush into solutions but instead offered a thoughtful, phased plan — one that acknowledges the intricacies of my case while allowing time to prepare for surgery in the months ahead. His approach was elegant, intelligent, and deeply intuitive. What stood out most was his sincere interest in my unique circumstances, and the respect he showed for the regenerative medicine route I had already pursued. That acknowledgment alone gave me the understanding that he was definitely my kind of surgeon. He gave confidence to trust his guidance — something I hadn’t expected to feel considering me hopeless experience in the past. In a world of quick opinions and dismissive care, finding someone like Mr. Shaerf is a blessing — he truly listens, sees beyond the surface, impossibilities, and offers genuine constructive hope — which is rare. One Health have generally been really good, although there is one thing I would like to raise: My 3 (nearly 4) year old son came for a hearing test which was arranged by the ENT Dr who he had previously visited at One Ashford Hospital. I had made the ENT Dr aware that my son has developmental delay and is at least 1 year behind his age group. When we turned up for the hearing test, the hearing tester told me that she was about to give him a test that is normally suited to children older than my son and that she wasn't definite it would be successful. Bearing in mind that my son functions at a younger age, it was not surprising that the test couldn't be fully carried out and it was therefore inconclusive. My son has previously had hearing tests with the NHS that were age appropriate and therefore successful. Our insurers we're obviously billed for this test and I feel that bearing in mind this is a private clinic, I would expect the correct test to be given. Fortunately this did not impact my sons further medical procedures as the Dr decided to proceed anyway, based on one of the tests that was successfully carried out. I do feel that there was either a communication issue between Dr and hearing tester or that it is not general procedure to note that a child is developmentally delayed or that the hearing testers at One Ashford do not carry out appropriate tests for younger children. Either way, this issue needs to be resolved before it does negatively impact a person's medical procedures. The ENT Dr was Dr Ali Al-Lami and I can't remember who carried out the hearing test.amd I can't find her on the next page.

AT first I was very apprehensive but after speaking to the staff I was reassured about how caring and professional they were I was able to commit to the treatment. Although the treatment was quite challenging after a short period I made very good progress and after a few months was able to stop all medication and have improved ever since.The after care was very important and made you feel cared for which helped continue the healing process At first I did not have high hopes that it would work for me I had been trying hard to get better without any results in fact getting worse so I was really grateful to experience that I was getting better.I would recommend Eulas to anyone who had tried various way to get better without any results,overall a very positive experience.

Yesterday was the third time I have met Dr Whitaker. The very first time I met him he made what I thought at the time was a bold decision as regards my medication. This turns out to have been absolutely correct and I am immensely grateful to him for that. He strikes me as very knowledgeable indeed, and thoughtful as to how he uses that knowledge. He is not afraid, I believe, to tell a patient the truth, even when that it perhaps, not what one wants to hear. This is a terrific quality in one's doctor. All in all, I trust him completely and am grateful to those who recommended him as a "second opinion". I shall not be seeking further opinions!

Reproclinic is an amazing clinic. They are very fast and flexible, so they are able to accommodate to our schedule. They are sincere and go straight to the point but with a lot of respect. Above all they treated us as humans with respect to our personalities and all emotions that come up during the process. We appreciate everything that the doctors and all the nurses did for us. We are especially grateful to dr Moreno for his professionalism, expertise, doctor patient relationship, amazing support and even some laughs we had. I attended Mr Drampalos' clinic this morning for a follow up appointment regarding my damaged Achilles tendon. I was welcomed by the staff in an extremely friendly and yet professional manner. Mr Drampalos asked how I felt in myself and examined the tendon. He carried out an external examination explaining every step in a manner that I could follow. As an individual he exudes professionalism and has an outstanding bedside manner, putting my wife and myself at ease. He was very happy with the progress and discharged me to the physiotherapist with the advice if at any time I had concerns, I could contact him and his team.

When I arrived there were no parking spaces at the clinic, as these are limited. However the main hospital car park is only a couple of minutes walk away, so no real problem. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and I was made very welcome. The reception area is very comfortable and I was seen promptly by the consultant oncologist. Following the consultation I was given a telephone number and an email address, which I was invited to use to obtain a package quote once I had made my informed selection for treatment.

I attended an initial consultation and pre-assessment appointment at Spencer hospitals in Canterbury. Sign posting was negligible/unclear, the 'reception' was down a dark corridor and obscured by a partition & there was a general air of a private hospital squatting in an nhs hospital waiting to take over. My consultant described didn't have information about my condition or MRi scans in advance. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. There was a 4 month wait between consultation and the treatment option offered.

I just found Mr Abu-Rajad approachable and empathetic to my issues. Due to the weather and ferries on a horrible weather I had to opt in the morning for a telephone consult to get my MRI results and this was done punctually and with helpful information and advice. I could not be more impressed. Out of my consultant's control was the 4 week plus wait for the private MRI. I thought this was close to unacceptable. Other than the wait for the MRI I couldn't be more impressed with Mr Abu-Rajab and Ross Hall.

I attended Mr Chandy clinic at Spire as an NHS patient but you would never have guessed it. He listened diligently and suspected straight away what my problem was. Dr Chandy arranged for 2 procedures to be undertaken as an outpatient to either rule in or out what was suspected and my problem was diagnosed. Dr Chandy listened and looked after me, throughout the investigative process and I am very grateful for his dedication, time and kind thoughtfulness. I can’t recommend Dr Chandy highly enough.
