Mr Paul Haslam is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in Knee Surgery. He obtained his medical degree from the University of Sheffield in 2004 and completed his training in Sheffield. Following his training, Mr Haslam completed three fellowships in New Zealand and Australia and developed his expertise in knee surgery. He is also a Trauma & Orthopaedic Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons.
Mr Haslam has extensive experience in knee surgery and has performed over 3000 knee arthroscopic procedures including over 600 ACL reconstructions and over 1000 knee replacements. During the past 15 years of his career, Mr Haslam developed a specialist day-case ACL service and an arthroscopic treatment technique for Baker's Cysts. He has also treated several professional sports players including squash, rugby and football players.
He is based in Doncaster and Sheffield and currently sees private patients at Park Hill Hospital and Kinvara Private Hospital. He is also the Clinical Director of the Trauma and Orthopaedic Department at Doncaster in his NHS Trust. He sees patients with both common and complex knee conditions, including the following:

He made me feel very comfortable with what he suggested I had done to my knee. I had total faith in him carrying out my operation. If I had any more knee problems he would be my first consultant of choice.

Mr Haslam has a brilliant manner with patients. He is clear and concise with explanations so I understood at all times what was happening. He is professional but also very personable so I always felt at ease. I would highly recommend him to any of my family or friends
