Very thorough with clear explanations. Felt very well looked after throughout the process. I am thankful to have had the surgery on my foot as prior to having the lump removed I was in a lot of pain, I would visit the cinema/theatre/restaurants and have to remove my shoe/boot due to the intense pain I was in. I would recommend having the surgery. I wish I had have had the surgery sooner. I can now wear the shoes I want too. Throughout the surgery I was well looked after and informed throughout the process checking that I was okay.

Lauren As been nothing but professional since meeting her in my first consultation, feeling quite nervous on the thought of having surgery on my left foot. We were reassured that everything would be fine when to expect the worse pain & what to do post surgery. I am truly amazed at the result the outcome is fantastic. I would recommend anybody to speak to Lauren if you are considering having a proceedure on a foot she will definitely make you feel at ease & explain the process from start to finish.

Friendly professional manner, runs on time clear explaination of surgery and next steps Had surgery in Jan 2026 for removal of ganglion cyst from my left ankle. I have recovered really well, followed the instructions for post op recovery as clearly explained so easy to execute. I am very happy I had the surgery, the symptoms I’ve had for over a year have now gone away and I’m pleased I can now get back to running.

Miss Thomson has been fantastic throughout my operation from start to finish. The skill that she has shown has been amazing. I was suffering with my big toe and joint for the last ten years and has slowly been getting worse. Having finally decided I needed to do something about my bunion I was referred to Miss Lauren Thomson. She was clearly focused on finding the best solution to match the way I live my life, which includes walking and exercising regularly. She explained very clearly her recommended surgical approach which immediately made me feel I could trust her entirely to operate in my best interests. She spent time to explain exactly what the procedure would entail, how to prepare for it and what to expect regarding recovery. There was plenty of opportunity to ask questions. The procedure went exactly according to plan and at every step I felt very confident that Miss Thomson was doing a great job with her combination of professionalism, knowledge & experience alongside her ability to communicate and connect with me as a human being. I wish now that I had had the bunion attended to earlier as I had put up with it until the point where my right foot was virtually unshoeable and my gait was causing pain in my right knee and hip. 8 weeks after the operation I am getting back to normal activities and wearing shoes without discomfort.
