Park Hill Hospital

The staff at Parkhill are very professional and friendly

I believe it is out of the hospital's control but the issues with the car park moving and not being gated means I now park circa 20 mins away and walk to the hospital instead as I can rarely get a space which is frustrating. On my most recent visit the reception desk was not manned and I had to wait several minutes for someone to come out whilst I could hear people talking and laughing in the receptionist's office. Whilst I was waiting for my appointment I saw other people experience the same thing.

I have a very deformed hand resulting from a spinal cord injury and not expecting to much and I was highly delighted with what was explained and am now looking forward to my surgery

Nothing to fault

If i do need to go back and be seen it will be with Mr Morrell at Parkhill as i felt comfortable being there wasnt overwhelmed and found it a pleasent experience

Nice clean hospital with nice surgery waiting rooms and nice staff.

My appointment was running late otherwise very satisfactory.

Exceptional service from start to finish. The hospital team is friendly, highly efficient, and always clear and detailed when explaining medical procedures and next steps.

I had a wonderful experience at Park Hill. The staff were very supportive and caring. Couldn't do enough throughout my stay and aftercare.
