Follow up appointment to check fluid in ears and a hearing test. All fluid gone, no wax ,right ear hearing improved from previous test, left ear the same level. Thanks to the medical advice from Mr Lancer over the past few months and his support I am now in a better position with my hearing. Thank you

Excellent service - Dr Lancer was helpful and put my mind at ease. Just had difficulty booking appointments as secretary & doctor were often on annual leave or away from desk, had to wait a week for an appointment for MRI results which was stressful - maybe telephone appointments would be an ide. Booking appointments then became difficult as the secretary has to ring and book the appointment elsewhere and then come back to you - a shared system would make more sense
