Mr Dan Shaerf consistently demonstrates a professional and clear manner with patients, actively listening and providing thorough explanations. He reassures patients and their families regarding diagnoses and treatment options, often arranging prompt follow-up and diagnostics such as X-rays and injections on the same day. Some patients mention a minor issue with punctuality. His expertise is frequently highlighted in procedures like wrist fracture management, hand surgery, and treatment for issues such as trigger finger and thumb joint replacement.
Mr. Dan Shaef is a fantastic orthopedic surgeon with perfect communication skills, taking the time to clearly explain my recent fractures and imaging findings with a wonderfully friendly and easygoing manner. His refreshing, honest approach made all the difference, and it is clear that these same reassuring qualities extend wonderfully into his pediatric work too!
Efficient and effective method for follow up with patient and her husband
A very professional expert who quickly put the client at ease and seems able to diagnose and then communicate well.
I came with my 13 year old boy who broke both his wrists at the same time and Mr Shaerf was very kind, sympathetic and took the time to explain to my son in great details the nature of his fractures showing him the fractures on the images of his x-rays. My son really appreciated it.
Excellent explanations. All questions answered clearly. Very clean environment with air conditioning. Punctual and concise.
Dan was very clear with all he was happy of the outcome of the operation he was very clear and what I had to do where I spent at night obviously it's taking up my physiotherapy I'm happy with everything that's gone on so thank you so much
Relaxing and made me confident that the practitioner knew what he was doing, and I have every confidence in him. Discussions with him allayed my fears.
I was very impressed with the honesty about the procedure, its risks vs classic carpal tunnel decompression, and his honest recommendation. At the same time Dr Shaerf recommended me a hand therapist and a scar repair sheet to buy to help my wound.
MR. Shaerf was extremely kind and polite, he explained thoroughly. he applied the plaster cast on my wrist perfectly and i am very satisfied. m
