I was worrying about many things. I was in midlife, and a lot was changing in my life. I felt overwhelmed and did not know where to start. When I found Dr Bhavna, the first thing I learnt was to slow down. That helped me look at things more clearly and not feel so rushed in my mind. She also gave me some practical tools, which are really helping me in my day-to-day life. My sessions are still going on, but I am very happy with her approach and the support she has given me. I feel listened to, understood, and more hopeful. I would highly recommend Dr Bhavna.

I came to Nelumbo because I was finding it very hard to manage my relationship. We were arguing often, and I felt upset, confused, and tired most of the time. Speaking with Dr Bhavna helped me understand my feelings better. I started to see why I was reacting in certain ways and how I could communicate more calmly. I felt listened to and not judged. The sessions helped me feel clearer about myself and my relationship. I would recommend Nelumbo to anyone who is struggling in their relationship and wants a safe space to understand themselves better
