We've had the privilege of working with Dr Bhavna during a very challenging time in our lives, and her support has been invaluable, with practical advice that has helped us feel more grounded. Without her insight it would have been impossible to know what was going on. She took the time to understand our family situation with care and without judgment, offering guidance that gave us clarity. Her ability to simplify and explain complex emotional dynamics helped us figure out how to move forward in a healthier way. Highly recommended if you're looking for someone who's both professional and supportive.

This is my second time seeing Dr. Bhavna. I find my experience with her much better than other therapists - she genuinely has helped me get things sorted out in my life very quickly and for the long term by asking the right questions and helping me really think about what I want, along with setting clear goals early on. She is very good at holding up a mirror and showing you how your behaviour impacts your life. I find her directness refreshing and effective - yet she is still very compassionate and kind. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Bhavna.
