I found very helpful to have so many consultants specialise in the same area of the body based in the same place, with immediate access to the most advanced investigative tools.

A delay awaiting my first consultation was not communicated by administration /reception. The nurse who welcomed and conducted usual checks was warm and empathetic. The anaesthetist aldi very communicative. Professor Cregg communicated clearly the purpose and potential outcomes from the injections /cortisone
