Mr Pal (Palanisamy) Ramesh is professional, kind, caring, and approachable. He gives clear expectations regarding procedures and recovery for various conditions, including bunion surgery, ankle fracture treatment, Achilles tendon repair, and Morton's Neuroma removal. Patients report successful outcomes and praise his excellent care before, during, and after surgery, supported by efficient administrative staff. Many patients sought his expertise for significant foot pain.
Dr Ramesh was incredible - he has a lovely bedside manner, clearly explains everything and all the paperwork and letters is sorted so quickly. The ankle arthroscopy went seamlessly and my physio was surprised just how little pain I had in my recovery.
I went to see Mr Ramesh abiut my forfoot pain. He provided clear explanations and was very good at giving me time to ask questions. Very professional and so knowledgeable about everything we discussed.
I met Mr Ramesh in 2025 when I had my first bunion removed. He did a brilliant job - the scar is minimal (with the help of Bio-Oil) and the correction looks completely natural. I went back in April this year to have the other foot done. I am now six weeks post op and my foot has healed even quicker than last time, so I am absolutely delighted. I am back at the gym, pilates and yoga. My plantar fasciitis has also gone which is an added bonus. Mr Ramesh explained everything really well and the team at the New Victoria Hospital were extremely professional. The recovery process takes patience as you need to rest and elevate the foot for two weeks, however I only needed pain relief for the first four days. I would highly recommend Mr Ramesh for bunion surgery to anyone whose bunion pain is affecting their quality of life or their choice of footwear.
I have been seeing Mr Ramesh intermittently over the years - when I experience pain in my achilles I am straight off to see Mr Ramesh. I am confident in his expertise and he has a very lovely relaxed style which makes it easy to talk to him.
My last visit with Mr Ramesh was to be discharged. It has been a pleasure being under his care.
I saw Mr Pal Ramesh regarding pain in my left foot which he diagnosed as Peroneal Tendonitis. He performed a left ankle peroneal tendon repair with os peroneum excision 12 weeks ago and my pain has now gone and I am back to full fitness and able to return to my previous activities without pain. I found Mr Ramesh to be very professional and clear in his explanations and have no hesitation in recommending him for this type of surgery and for diagnosing the issue with my foot.
Mr Ramesh and his secretary have been invaulable for my achilles tendon rupture recovery. Prompt and clear responses, excellent knowledge and professionalism
The best experience which was very personal centred. I really felt Mr Ramesh cared
Mr Ramesh is very attentive and gives clear feedback during recovery. Most importantly tue surgery has been successful
