Mr Mallina was reassuring, showed empathy and provided clear explanation throughout. The Dupuytren's condition of my finger was quite severely bent and Mr Mallina said it may require a skin graft, however much to my relief, he was able to avoid this and managed to successfully straighten my finger. There has been good recovery and mobility in the hand after the operation. I will require additional operations on my fingers in the future and I will not hesitate to come back to Mr Mallina to undertake them.

Ravi is a total professional who listens and knows how to communicate. Both my experiences with him have been nothing short of exceptional.

Dr. Mallina was methodical since my first consultation. He walked me through my fracture and pros/cons of possible options which helped me make an informed decision. He took care through out and post the procedure which calmed my nerves and made me feel safe. He took the efforts to message us post the procedure to enquire my progress/any issues or concerns. Very good follow up after the consultation and very prompt organisation of required scans and the procedure. Procedure was a success and without complications - very much a case of under-promise and over-deliver.

Mr Mallina was extremely kind, patient and thorough throughout surgery and recovery. He explained all my options and the potential outcome extremely well and made sure I was happy with each decision. He was available to help with any questions I had and called me multiple times to check I was recovering well post operation outside of my weekly visits to the surgery. He is a modern surgeon, very approachable with excellent communication skills, and gave me detailed explanation of various treatment options. I was thus able to make a well-informed decision. The surgery went well and hospital care at Cromwell was superb. The triggering immediately disappeared while it took a bit of time for my hand to feel normal. When I inquired him by email regarding my concerns about healing and joint contracture, he responded swiftly with good advice and reassurance. Overall, I am very happy with his care and would highly recommend him to anyone for hand surgery.
