His NHS practice is at the Rowley Bristow Orthopaedic Unit, Ashford and St Peter’s Hospitals in Chertsey. He also sees private patients at New Victoria Hospital, Spire St Anthony’s Hospital and The Runnymede Hospital.
With a focus on all aspects of upper limb surgery, including shoulder, elbow, hands, and wrist procedures, Mr Antonios addresses sports injuries, wear and tear conditions, and trauma injuries. Mr Antonios completed his medical degree at St George’s Hospital, University of London, in 2009 followed by his specialist orthopaedic training in the Southeast London rotation. He further developed his expertise through two upper limb fellowships in complex upper limb reconstruction and sports surgery at King's College Hospital and St George’s Healthcare, two of the busiest trauma centres in the UK. Additionally, he undertook a standalone trauma fellowship, focusing on complex trauma reconstruction in general and upper limb trauma.
Mr Antonios later was awarded the British Orthopaedic Association travelling fellowship, during which he visited the Mayo Clinic in the USA, and the EFORT travelling fellowship in Switzerland—both world-class centres at the forefront of upper limb surgery.
Alongside his clinical practice, Mr Antonios has led various research and quality improvement projects in the field of trauma and orthopaedics. He also holds professional memberships with the British Orthopaedic Association, the British Elbow and Shoulder Society, the British Society for Surgery of the Hand, and serves as a committee member of the orthopaedic section in the Royal Society of Medicine.

Mr Tony Antonios guided me through my recovery from a broken hand with great knowledge, expertise, and professionalism. He was always reassuring, took the time to answer all my questions, and made sure I fully understood each stage of my recovery. We carried out all the necessary examinations and tests to ensure my hand was healing properly and that I could safely return to playing the sport I love. He also referred me to an excellent hand therapist, which made a significant difference to my rehabilitation and overall recovery. I’m extremely grateful for the care and support I received throughout the process. Thank you, Mr Tony, for everything.

Really reassuring consultant. He explained everything very clearly and I had plenty of time to ask questions
Dr Antonios managed to fix a shoulder problem that had been afflicting me for years so I’m very happy with the results. It was a great experience overall.
I came in for left handed carpel tunnel, everything was explained clearly and after having my right hand done 18 years previous, i was apprehensive and nervous, but Mr Antonios was so friendly and put not only my mind but my wifes mind at rest. The procedure was so quick and simple and the recovery was good too. The staff in the hospital were also so friendly and helpful and couldnt do enough for me when i had my op and after. Overall this was a very friendly and reliable hospital and the staff and my surgeon were all amazing towards me and my wife who was there to help with care afterwards
