Very good, very quick and easy to find where to go (on initial visit in person), then during that and the follow up virtual video call Mr Hunt was very good at explaining everything clearly and was super helpful.

X-rays undertaken 30mins prior to afternoon appointment with Mr Griffiths so that these were available for review at the appointment. The surgeon was very approachable and all investigations very timely.

The whole team were excellent from the moment I stepped into the hospital. Everyone was so friendly and helpful from the reception staff to the doctors and nurses, nothing was too much trouble
