I had cataracts removed from both eyes a month apart and I found Mr Sherafat courteous, caring and very friendly. He explained the procedure explicitly and was always prepared to listen to any questions. His surgery skills were beyond reproach which led to a rapid recovery with no unwanted side effects. Mr Sherafat was both professional and kind in his manner. He explained all the options for my new lens, following thorough tests, and left me completely assured that he would chose the lens with the best possible outcome. I felt comfortable to be in such good hands and confident to trust him with my eyes which are so precious. Towards the end of last year I had cataracts removed and received specialised lenses in both eyes so that the need for me to use glasses was reduced. The care I received from Mr. Sherafat was exceptional. It was very obvious that he really wanted a very outcome for me and took the time to provide me with comprehesive advice on the best course of action. He really cared for your my well-being and is a thoroughly nice man. The result has been very satisfactory such that I now rarely need to use glasses. I should also mention his secretary, Dodo, who provided excellent support and responded quickly to any questions I raised. Overall, I have no hesitation in recommending Mr. Sherafat.
