Good service. Clean hospital. Friendly however the receptionist in the physio department did not book me. But the service from Abbie is brilliant.

This has to be one of the best hospitals I have ever been in! All of the staff were amazing, friendly and so caring. Even though I had major surgery, they lofted my spirits and always kept me in the loop. The food was also amazing and the choices were fabulous!

I have had rotator cuff repair under the care of Prof Imamm. It has been good. Very informative. Happy.

I had excellent experience on all levels. Everything went well before and after surgery. I had rotator cuff repair and Prof Imam explained everything in detail. He told me everything. He listens. He has excellent knowledge. After the procedure, the consultant debriefed me again. All went well. In a nutshell I had an excellent care. Overall everyone was excellent. Very friendly. Would recommend.

No complaints, except on my second procedure there were no dressing gowns and the tie on the gown at the neck was missing on one side.
