I look forward to our review meetings, and it was a real pleasure, as always, to see him again today. He was his usual kind, interested, calm and reassuring self. It is now nine years since my diagnosis, and I still remain so grateful to Mr Kothari for every good day of health and happy life I have enjoyed, thanks to his skills and expertise.
