Mr Kasetti Ravikumar

I was rushed to Maidstone hospital as no sick tray was available so kept in moth and it went into my lungs. No antibiotics available . Asked physio antibiotics equipment available a toilet seat he said no they were hard to come by get from Amazon he said. On phoning nhs equipment department had loads of them all he had to do was order one and my daughter could pick it up. On informing physio he then came in 10mins later with a toilet seat. At 82 you are stressed at an operation and this attitude not helpful

I found my experience very good and professional.

Excellent follow up by physiotherapist Dan and Jack who helped me gain an extra few degrees flexion. This has helped me get down stairs normally and able to get on my motor bike. Had a slight issue when a nurse inserted a catheter to empty my bladder and experienced a fair bit if bleeding but has settled down.

The fear and worry of having an operation was diminished by the excellent care and support given thankyou

He is very easy to talk to, and explains everything clearly.

Mr Raviumar was very helpful, explaining the procedure in great detail, and making sure that I understand my upcoming full hip replacement.

Excellent care. I felt very safe and looked after. All staff very caring. Mr Ravikumar is a great surgeon and a lovely man.

My overall experience was amazing from my first consultation with mr Kasetti Ravikumar till our last meeting 6 weeks later at his clinic he was so pleasant and informative in my experience no improvement is needed.

Mr Ravikumar is a charming gentleman who listens to what you have to say and answers the questions you have.
