Mr Michael was as always very professional in his approach, with a welcoming smile which makes you feel at ease. He spent time listening and then examining the area causing a problem. He used his skeleton to explain where the pain/problem is and what can possibly be the cause, which is great to help understanding as I thought it was my hip causing the pain/discomfort but it appears it is not. I would definitely recommend him.
