I honestly cannot put into words how grateful I am to Mr Harrison. I am now 12 months post-fusion surgery, and to hear at my latest appointment that I have a solid fusion and that Mr Harrison can see nothing wrong with my ankle is an incredible feeling. My case was far from straightforward and was an extremely unusual and complex situation. I had lost my talus and suffered a serious infection and significant damage to my ankle, ultimately requiring a very difficult reconstruction and fusion. It was a situation that I knew would be challenging, and at many points I was frightened about what the future would look like. Mr Harrison took on my case and dealt with it with incredible skill, patience and dedication. He guided me through what has been a very long and difficult journey, always explaining things to me and giving me reassurance when I needed it most. Despite how unusual and complicated my case was, I always felt that I was in safe hands. At my latest appointment, I was told that I no longer need routine X-rays or follow-up appointments. I have been discharged to patient-initiated follow-up, meaning I can get back in touch if I ever have a problem in the future. After everything I have been through, hearing those words 12 months after my fusion surgery was incredibly emotional. To go from such a devastating injury and such an unusual case to being told that the fusion is solid and there is no need for further routine follow-up means more to me than I can explain. Found the whole experience professional yet friendly and put me at ease. Everything was fully explained and options for different treatments given . The surgical option I took was better suited and the surgery itself took no till on me. I was given a pain block during the surgery and required no further analgesia Wound healed well and outcome 100% effective

I went to get the bandages off after I had surgery two weeks ago which was done by Mr Will Harrison. He’s very friendly and explains everything very clearly but he also doesn’t rush you. You never leave an appointment confused on what’s been said or what options you have been given. For example when we were going through surgery options a few months ago he explained what he would be doing so throughly that I wasn’t confused on what would be happening. I have left every appointment with Mr Will Harrison well informed and happy with the care I received. I’ve never left an appointment confused or upset about anything. He is a very approachable person and doesn’t make you feel inferior to him.

I’m really happy with the care I’ve received from Mr Harrison for my bunionette surgery on both feet. He was so caring and lovely from the start, and I felt completely at ease throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the whole experience really straightforward. I’m really pleased with how everything has gone and would definitely recommend Mr Harrison.
