My recent experience and the appointment with Dr Sawh before were excellent. From Charlotte to the Ella Mae Barnes location the service was genuine and authentic with a focus on customer service and problem solving. Dr Sawh and his team are always timely but my broader experience at Spire is not always so good. Charlotte is a very good professional. As was the receptionist at the Ella Barnes location. I find the service at the Spire Hospital inconsistent. There are generally long delays at appointments and I get the feeling the service from some staff are not as authentic as mentioned above. With this broader service It fees like people are operating to a script and running through a process.

Dr. Rajia Bibi

Dr Bibi was my GP for several years, and she was the best and most attentive doctor I have had in my 25 years at the same NHS clinic. She always understood my concerns and ensured they were properly addressed. She consistently offered thoughtful advice and made the appropriate referrals when needed. I trusted her completely and always felt genuinely cared for. This is something I had never experienced before—and have not experienced since—as I now often feel the need to do additional research and/or seek additional advice, because I am unsure whether practitioners have fully listened to or properly understood my concerns.

I had an acute pain in my right leg and had difficulty walking. Having had IDD treatment at Osteopath West before for sciatica I called and was given an appointment later that day. On arrival i was given a thorough examination and it was decided that I most likely had a pulled muscle as well as a nerve issue. I had some deep massage on my back and leg followed by an IDD session. The result today is that the pain is considerably better and i can now walk mush better than before. I am grateful for the prompt appointment and the service I received and would recommend Osteopath West to people in a similar position.

Mr. Sadek is polite, professional, highly knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. I was referred to him as a private patient at the London Independent Hospital by my Orthopaedic Consultant to assess my persistent back pain, which had worsened since December 2023. I cannot thank Mr. Sadek enough for the care I received. His diagnosis was quick and accurate, from my very first visit through to my MRI scan. He explained my condition in detail, discussed the MRI findings thoroughly, and provided clear recommendations. I cannot fault the service, reassurance, and professionalism I experienced.

Dr Oliver was absolutely wonderful. From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, calm and incredibly reassuring. He took the time to listen properly, explained everything clearly, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel very manageable. The surgery to remove my R breast and lymph nodes must have been exceptional. Given I was the last to be operated on, a full days list. As yet I have had no issues with the wound site and armpit. Beyond what I feel is tolerable with my skin, fluid etc. I have resumed all my previous activities-tennis, yoga, walking and art. Mr. Osman knew I was an artist and I was expecting nerve damage but I was lucky not to have had any issues with nerves as I say beyond the odd twinge. I like to believe that Mr Osmans skill must have played a large part in that outcome.

I have been attending Cathedral Eye Clinic since May, when Mr Niraj Mandal carried out cataract surgery on my left eye. A follow-up operation to stitch the iris was also successful. Although I still experience some blurring at distance, tests show 6/6 vision, and this is due to be corrected with laser treatment in the New Year. I am very pleased with the way the consultations and overall service have been carried out. The care has been professional and reassuring throughout, and I am looking forward to improved distance vision in 2026

I waited longer than usual for my appointment but Mr Sharma was very apologetic. He examined and more importantly listened to me about my concerns. The follow up letter arrived promptly so action could be taken. He gave me a referral for an appointment to have steroid injection which I obtained within 24 hrs. Sadly the referral letter had a couple of mistakes but these were rectified very quickly. Very impressed with the process and we are all individuals so mistakes can happen.

I arrived a little early but was seen by Toby almost immediately Toby greeted me in a very pleasing manner and after an initial examination removed wax from both ears without causing discomfort. He then carried out an examination of both hearing aids and informed me that they were both in good order. I was finished in a little under fifteen minutes and left delighted with the service.

Throughout the process, he took care to explain the procedure and talked through any doubt that I had.
