Everyone was at all times friendly and quietly efficient. I was assessed via up to five impressive machines on the working day following my initial approach to the clinic. I had to approach the Clinic following the retirement of the consultant whom I had originally engaged, and who had agreed with my optician that I was ready for surgery. The initial examination at the Clinic was most impressive, and when Mr Chan met me shortly thereafter he was clearly able to make a quick assessment. He explained to me that the operation would be challenging, given the damaged condition of my eye, but he agreed with my decision to ask him to proceed. The pamphlets provided enabled me to have a good understanding of the nature of a cataract and the usual course of treatment before and after the operation. On the day of the procedure I approached without misgivings, and following a full discussion with a senior nurse who sought fuller details of my medical history, and then the application of anaesthetics by the anaesthetist, I proceeded to the operating theatre. It was good and very reassuring to be able to feel the area round my eye go numb in advance of entering the theatre. The operation was for me comfortable, and I enjoyed the soft verbal exchanges between Mr Chan and his staff, and the gentle and futuristic sounds of the surgical equipment. Afterwards, I have felt no discomfort from the after effects, and the post operation advice from another nurse has been very clear and helpful. And I am delighted with the outcome. After having been in effect virtually blind in my right eye, my vision is now clear, bright and colourful. Very much better that these current aspects of by “good” left eye! Well done everyone! Mr Pieri's website states 'loving how you look can transform your whole self'....and boy, is this not an understatement. This surgery has changed my life...as cliche or cringe this may sound, but very true. I had an uplift and enhancement and am overwhelming happy with the results. I spent a LOT of time researching surgeons before finally booking a consultation with Mr Pieri, the only surgeon I wanted to meet with - call it a gut feeling. Mr Pieri talked through everything and answered all of my questions and I knew straight away that I had made the right decision. I received incredible support from Mr Pierii and his secretary, Helen from start to finish. Nicky, my nurse at the hospital was amazing and gave me fantastic care following the surgery. What surprised me most was the healing, I went out for a meal the same evening I had my procedure! I was shocked at how little pain I was in, even though I was prescribed medication, I honestly only used it for 2 days. I am now a bit more than 6 months post surgery and one thing I would say as I googled numerous times every day for the first few weeks following surgery is..trust the process! Follow the guidance given to wear the sports bra all day etc and the boobs will just 'drop and fluff' exactly how I was told. The look is so natural, my boobs look, feel and 'move' so naturally...try as I might, I can't feel the implants. Choosing this surgery was one of the best decisions of my life. I am so much more confident in myself and happier because of that.

I have now been to all three locations (I had Hernia surgery 4 weeks ago at their Grosvenor Street hospital) and have been very impressed. The clinics are very clean and more akin to a hotel than a hospital. My issue was a bad back and painful sciatica. I was seen about 15 mins after my appointment time, but that's to be expected these days and it wasn't a problem. I was seen by Mr Montgomery who was very efficient and he gave my back a thorough examination. He said I needed an MRI and I was dreading having to wait days as I had really struggled to get to the clinic due to my injury. However, to my amazement, they managed to arrange for me to have the MRI there and then. I was looked after my Ibrahim who was first class. What a nice guy, very friendly and engaging. Made me very comfortable and talked me through the process. The MRI took about 20 mins I guess and then we made an appointment for me to speak to Mr Montgomery 2 days later on a video call to go through the results of the MRI. Overall, another very good experience.

I have visited Daniela at Sonoworld on many occasions since 2020 for various reasons / body areas to be scanned. Sometimes for routine checking and at other times, via doctor recommendation. Daniela is always very thorough, kind and her room is spotlessly clean. She has always made me feel at ease when explaining her findings. She clearly has many many years of experience and knowledge. She always goes above and beyond and has followed up with me via email and phone call, especially when she could tell that I was anxious. I have been to other Ultrasound clinics in Central London and I have always found that they are more expensive (for no better service) and more importantly, they always try to upsell more of their services, not something that I believe is appropriate when it comes to health. Daniela has seen myself and friends of mine at short notice, and I will always continue to recommend Daniela and Sonoworld to anyone who requires an ultrasound.

I visited for an US abdominal and internal after NHS scan could not find my ovaries due and I was very anxious to find out if theses were causing my pain. I was fortunately referred by my GP quickly and seen the following day. The experience was totally different to the NHS one. My questions were answered rather than the NHS “you will need to speak with your doctor “ response to every question. The consultant Christina spent time to get the necessary images and did advise further scans to eliminate any issues with bowel/colon. The whole experience was very comfortable and I did not feel like I was being a nuisance by asking questions about my body!! Thank you so much. It was ++ reassuring and did also identify a condition which I may have causing the pain.

I was extremely anxious to get another cystoscopy as I had a very bad experience on the NHS where I experienced probably the worst pain I have ever had when the numbing gel was pushed down my urethra. Professor Francis throughout the entire process from my first consultation, to the cystoscopy itself was amazing, as were all the staff and nurses. But in particular Francis was able to keep me calm and he took his time when putting the numbing gel in. I felt very little pain, and the experience was obviously not enjoyable but it was the best outcome. So I just want to thank Prof Francis for being very careful, and listening to me.

He has an excellent bedside manner and displayed a level of professionalism that is rare to find. Mr Fady Sedra went above and beyond to make sure I was well cared for. The X-Ray of my neck should be in an art gallery as it is truly a work of art by Mr Fady Sedra. I highly recommend for any complex spinal work.

Unfortunately, having burnt my fingers and subsequently acquired an infection, I rang the Centre at 10.00. am and asked for an urgent appointment to see a general practitioner. The receptionist offered me two appointments, one at 11.40 am and one at 1.00 pm. I took the earlier appointment and was seen within 10 minutes by Dr Porter. She was very efficient, warm and understanding. I was prescribed medication, which was supplied by the clinic's pharmacy and back in my office by midday.
