Dr Anderco was v Professional , empathetic and respectful of my elderly retired status as a medical colleague usually difficult patients! the consultation was skilled and she discussed my symptoms , worries past history in an unprejudiced manner as I was using medical jargon! and my opinion was also taken into consideration the next step was discussed and explained and after seeking my consent, Nasal endoscopy was carried out with care and in an experienced manner and with due regard for my comfort . Did not rush through the procedure . The Registrar sitting in the consultation with my consent was being taught and shown on video not only the physical diagnostic appropriate structures but also Patient communication , comfort care working as a team with staff as a doctor by example of a Senior and v experienced HOD and Staff working with Dr Anderco were pleasant helpful and happy working with her and attended to me the patient attentively Management plans were discussed and follow up to be arranged with results , availability of interim access too explained I Felt at ease from the beginning welcome till the end and very satisfied with the consultation The Registrar sat in the consultation with my consent . The centre have a range of treatments available including massage, podiatry and Pilates classes so that I could benefit from a holistic approach to my injuries. Steph has explained things well to me as we have gone along so that I have understood the rationale which I have really appreciated. Around 28 weeks into my pregnancy I switched to private maternity care. I chose Dr Kunde because of his surgical experience (due to the fact that I have had an abdominal operation and I wanted to make sure the consultant I choose will be able to smoothly operate should an emergency C section is needed). He offered a meet and greet consultation, where he answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable and reassured. Dr Kunde’s composed and relaxed attitude helped ease my anxiety during my antenatal care. He was fully supportive of my choice to have vaginal delivery. I liked the fact that he wasn’t pushing for unnecessary interventions. I had a smooth delivery with a second degree tear - the stitches healed quickly and never caused me any discomfort from the day of delivery. I am very happy with Dr Kunde’s care.

Once Again Dr Chiraush Patel was outstandingly professional and kind. I was fortunate enough to get an appointment within an hour of calling. It cannot be overestimated how important it is to patients to have a well trained Doctor with exemplary bedside manner to help the patient to recovery. This is true of all the other GPs at One Stop, but I am lucky enough to see Dr Patel mostly. My standards are very high but Dr Patel exceeds them by miles every time I visit (I only visit sparingly). This is medicine at its very best and reminds me of when GPs were true family Dotors back before fundholding. I am fortunate indeed to have such excellent GPs. Thank you Dr Patel and OSD!

I was extremely nervous having had a bad cataract surgery experience previously. However the staff went out of the way to make me feel comfortable, with a particular shout out to Bruce who was calm, funny, knowledgeable and held my hand throughout the procedure. Mr Ainsworth was warm and kind, it was good to meet him before the surgery. The whole procedure was explained and was over so quickly. It was a very personalised experience and my recovery has been quick and straightforward. I cannot recommend Newmedica highly enough, particularly for nervous patients.

Tests were carried out over the following month then surgery was suggested. Further to the surgery, Mr. Turner and colleagues provided after-care which was reassuring, professional and continued to ensure a speedy recovery.

Nev Davies was diligent in his approach to assessing the cause of my knee pain. Following X-Rays and MRI scans he diagnosed the issue and recommended a course of treatment which was 100% successful. Nev's communication is friendly and clear. All consultations were communicated back to my regular GP through clinic summary letters. I have nothing but absolute praise for Nev's work and I will certainly seek him out if I need to consult on any knee issue in the future.

Diverse Minds Clinic provided me with an excellent experience. Dr. Cappai, the consultant, has extensive experience and has diagnosed me with ASD and ADHD. It was a challenging and time-consuming assessment, but Dr. Cappai and the team at Diverse Minds Clinic were quite helpful in completing out the documents. The rooms are comfortable and the location is very nice. I cannot recommend enough!!!!

I have struggled with trigger finger in both hands for a while. Mr. Jonathan Hobby has always given me the best advice and treatment. The most recent steroid injections have been a huge success. My middle fingers no longer lock when I'm carrying out daily tasks and the terrible pain in my left middle finger joint has disappeared. A huge relief and it's wonderful not to be in pain.
