I’m really grateful to have found Bradley. He remembers the little details I mention and brings them back into our conversations in a way that makes me feel genuinely understood and heard. I always have the sense that he’s on my team and truly cares about my wellbeing. I first went to him while off work with burnout and anxiety, and later after receiving an ADHD diagnosis. He supported me through the initial rest and recovery, and then helped me look at the longer-term patterns that contributed to the burnout in the first place. What I appreciate most is how he gently pushes me toward progress while also helping me recognise the steps I’ve already taken. I can be very all-or-nothing in my thinking, and he’s helped me find a kinder, more balanced middle ground. I’d worked with other therapists before and never felt like they really “got” me. Bradley manages to empathise deeply, even with experiences quite different from his own, and because he listens so carefully and thinks things through so well, his support always feels specific and relevant to me. I can’t recommend Mr. Richard Scawn highly enough. Before meeting him, I had seen three other surgeons and even booked the operation twice but ended up cancelling because I didn’t feel fully confident. From my very first appointment with Richard, everything felt different. He was calm, kind, and incredibly reassuring — never pushy, never rushed — and both my husband and I instantly felt we were in safe hands. I trusted him completely, and I’m so glad I did. I’m now three weeks post–lower lid blepharoplasty and absolutely over the moon with the results. My bruising was minimal and disappeared quickly, and the scar line is genuinely impeccable. I saw Mr Wu for my carpal tunnel syndrome which I had had for many years. I was just ignoring it as I didn’t want surgery. When I first saw him he was so professional and reassuring. I had my nerve conduction tests done and it demonstrated moderate carpal tunnel syndrome. I then assumed I could leave well alone and he very kindly and assertively said I should have surgery because if I left it the surgery might not be so successful. I had endoscopic surgery under a local block. The whole surgical experience was amazing. His whole theatre team were kind and efficient. My symptoms were cured immediately and I had my first good nights sleep for years. At 6 weeks the hand has healed so well and I’m even back to playing golf. I saw Dr Nikolic because I was suffering from sciatica type pain which was not improving after a few months. He examined me and told me what he believed was the cause of this pain, and also organised the appropriate tests to confirm this, an MRI and an EMG and he named the neurophysiology consultant he specifically wanted to perform the nerve conduction study. After the tests he advised that an injection might help break the pain cycle, however my condition started to improve without treatment and I cancelled the injection. However if this condition reoccurs I would certainly go back to Dr Nikolic as I felt confident he knew exactly what was wrong and what might help. Since then his team have checked on my condition, which thankfully now continues to improve.

I travel miles to London to see Dr Lafina Diamandis because she is a breath of fresh air, and very worth of my time to see someone like her who is passionate about their job and cares about her patience. I arrived 10 minutes early and found a parking space opposite the main entrance. I reported to reception who directed me the check in where I was booked in and directed to the waiting area. Only a couple of minutes later I was called for my scan, shown where to put my belongings and then directed to the MRI scanning room. Here I was explained thoroughly what would happen and then I went into the scanner for 15-20 minutes. When I came out I was told my results would be sent to my doctor in about 2 weeks and then advised I was free to go home. I have no complaints and don’t think you could improve on the service. Very well done to you all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bernie.
