My wait time was excellent, I was seen ahead of my appointment time. The individual who picked me up to take me to the MRI was very friendly and kind. Unfortunately, that’s when things got somewhat awkward. The actual MRI attendant who was in charge of asking me the safety questions in advance found herself having a disagreement with a member of staff on another ward whilst with me. I understand that people are overworked and underpaid - resourcing has always been an issues (I have worked for the NHS), however, having an argument over who would tend to someone being seen after me is something that should not have happened infront of me. A joke was made of it when she hung up the phone but it was incredibly uncomfortable for me.

Transfered to Clarytin after disappointing time with NHS awaiting time for appointment for cataract removal. Very pleased with Clarity who saw me very shortly after referral and operated on a week later. I was going to wait for the next operation on the NHS on the 4th February but when that was moved to sometime in April, I took the next available appt on January 20th for a private operation. Both private experiences have been a pleasure and very good.

If you are looking for a doctor who will treat your condition, but also explain everything in so much detail, to put you at ease, then Mr Elmiyeh is the right professional to go to! He takes his time to explain your condition, what you need to do about it, and reassures you completely. He won't be in a rush to get you out of the door! Also, he's very welcoming to anyone accompanying the patient, something I've not seen with other doctors!

I had a great experience working with Jack. I have been experiencing on and off back pain for quite some time. He completed a thorough assessment and was able to show me what was causing it and how we can treat it. It made complete sense. I am now feeling much better. The receptiist at the imaging centre was unfriendly and uncooperative. Two toilets were out of service. The water fountain at the image centre was broken. The radio/music at the MRI machine was also broken. They wanted to charge me £4 for a coffee where other private hospitals in the area give it for free to patients. Horrible experience on all fronts. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed.

My oral hygienist visit with Megan went smooth, there’s always the anxiety of going but as soon as I was there she did all her checks swiftly, cleaned my teeth and advised me on cleaning. Techniques. Megan even helped calm my nerves when asking about my next appointment which a root canal would take place, she assured me everything will be smooth and pain free. She did great!
