I reached out to Dr Mistry in March 2025 as I have been struggling with chronic insomnia since December 2021 and I know I needed a more tailored support approach in overcoming it. I could go on all day about how amazing he is. Insomnia is a very misunderstood and isolating condition to have and it leaves you feeling very hopeless. Dr Mistry is knowledgeable, empathetic, understanding, approachable and kind. The list goes on! Honestly - he is an incredible doctor as are his team. You are never left waiting for feedback or answers which is really important when you struggle with insomnia. I actually have been emotional sometimes after coming off calls with him as I feel I have finally met someone who fully understands the impact that insomnia has on a persons wellbeing. He has a very gentle approach and is very patient. I honestly don’t know where I would be without him. I know I am in safe hands with him and finally feel hopeful for the future thanks to Dr Mistry. I just wish I had met him sooner. I can’t recommend him enough!

I am currently undergoing treatment at Bourn Hall. At every single step the members of staff have exhibited amazing customer service. Every single nurse, receptionist, doctor, anaesthetist, embryologist, pharmacist and everyone there has been respectful, kind, gentle, reassuring, calm and knowledgeable. In particular, Nurse Dawn at Cambridge has gone above and beyond to support me as an autistic patient. She has patiently answered all my questions, made adjustments for my comfort, and reassured me over and over again. She even popped my teddy from my bag onto my bed for me when I was recovering from general anaesthetic which was so touching and thoughtful. I am also particularly thankful to the embryologist team who also have found ways to adhere to my special requests. I'm also thankful to the anaesthetist who held my hand as I fell asleep under general anaesthetic because I was so frightened. I cannot fault our experience at Bourn Hall.

After suffering for months and getting nowhere on the NHS I luckily pay into a private scheme through work. This enabled me to choose from one of the many specialists at The Nuffield. After much deliberation I booked with Dr Walsh. She was incredible. Ordering all the tests the NHS have refused thus far and gave me hope again that I would be able to get my life back on track. I’m immensely grateful for Dr Walsh. Even if no solution is found I am happy that the investigation is underway and things are being ruled in and out. Somehow the online system managed to double book me and another patient. This was rectified quickly and effectively. Great overall experience and I’m now filled with hope again - thank-you.

Parking my car and finding the places I needed to be was a nightmare. I was afvised to leave the car in car park C which did not exist and it took me 30mins to realise it was the public car park. My instructions talked about east and west wings which no longer exist - i think maybe its now zones but did not help that C25 was not the same as ward it was ward 23. I had to talk my friend in when she came to collect me. I know the hospital is unders change but I constantly met peope who were also toally lost. The apt letter was sent by someone from Dorchestrer who obviously had no Idea that his instructions no longer applied

I made an online appointment to see Dr Lach which was a very easy process. Dr Lach was very professional and listened to my concerns. Dr Lach was kind and explained every detail fully and ran some tests. Dr Lach came up with a treatment plan which had put my mind at ease and I am very happy with. I would highly recommend Dr Lach and the Clinic. As I actually that I was treated as a patient and not a number . I will be booking for my next visit . From the moment you walk through the door you are made to feel that you natter .

I had a hip replacement 10 weeks ago. This was carried out at The Yorkshire Clinic by Dr Brew. The whole process was super smooth and the treatment was excellent. I have recovered superbly and the new hip is amazing, it’s almost like it never happened . Anyone that is anxious about having this done then please don’t be as apart from a few weeks of discomfort the outcome is totally worth it . My other hip will or need doing in a few years and I can say without hesitation I would have this done in a heartbeat

My experience from the moment I walked in through the front door till I left was 1st class,I had a consultation with Dr Bryan Murphy who was very friendly,welcoming & professional just a true gentleman, he knew instantly what was wrong and treated me there and then saving me a return trip and another consultation fee,I’m very happy with the treatment I received.I also have to say the receptionist (sorry I didn’t get her name) was lovely the perfect person to welcome patients.

Dr Kapur was incredibly informative and really gave my daughter a full understanding of the products being prescribed, why they were being prescribed, how they worked, what to avoid and how she should manage her skin regime going forward. We left feeling far more educated on dermatology especially in relation to teenage hormonal skin. The products she advised were inexpensive and the routine she now has to follow far easier to manage. Everything went very well , from the new modern orthopaedic centre setting, quality nursing care and most important, an excellent outcome from my hip replacement delivered by Mr Keenan. Not much pain after coming out of theatre and within a short time the road to recovery was initiated. Almost 7 weeks after operation I am walking without a limp and taking long walks like i used to a couple of years ago. I have also started playing golf again.

I arrived a little early but was seen by Toby almost immediately Toby greeted me in a very pleasing manner and after an initial examination removed wax from both ears without causing discomfort. He then carried out an examination of both hearing aids and informed me that they were both in good order. I was finished in a little under fifteen minutes and left delighted with the service.
