⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely wonderful experience! I had a microneedling treatment at this clinic and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the very beginning I felt truly well looked after and completely at ease. The atmosphere was so warm, calm and welcoming — I felt comfortable, cozy, and deeply relaxed throughout the whole treatment. Selina was absolutely fantastic — kind, professional, gentle, and very attentive to my comfort. She explained everything clearly and made sure I felt safe and relaxed at every step. Due to my individual circumstances there was some confusion in relation to payment and that spilled over onto me personally as well as causing stress across the whole procedure at the outset. This was resolved but exposes the fact that some attention needs to be paid to the way things are looked at and handles when the circumstances fall outside of the general conventions of the service provided. In the end it was all sorted out but the initial confusion and stress could have been avoided. I have no complaints but was a bit surprised at the apparent chaos at the outset. I have no idea if any one aspect was to blame, I think it was probably general confusion in relation to gaps in communication between the parties involved in payment etc.

I thoroughly recommend. I attended Dr McGrady's clinic to obtain a diagnosis and removal of a small bump on my nose which I thought might be a basal cell carcinoma.. Dr McGrady put me at ease by explaining that it wasn't a form of skin cancer but a sebaceous hyperplasia. He explained how he would remove it. He then thoroughly examined the rest of my face for any other skin issues He found 2 more sebaceous hyperplasia and removed all 3 by using cryotherapy. The procedure was quick,and I am very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend Dr McGrady and his team. I have attended his clinic before for a similar diagnosis and removal. He has so much knowledge and expertise, is a good communicator and made me feel at ease..

Wonderful care from good staff but the bed was uncomfortable and the room was too small and felt airless and too hot. But the main thing is that hopefully this surgery will enable me to have a better quality of life. I already feel that my powers of concentration have improved and my brain is working better. It seems to me that once the soreness and itchy neck skin heals I will be back at the gym in January feeling thirty years younger. The hospital has done a good job and staff team are excellent. My only recommendation is that you knock the building down and build some more comfortable bedrooms with good ventilation with some comfortable beds for tall people.

The toilets were yet again filthy. For the second time I complained. I appreciate that nothing will change, but I discussed not only with the nurse, but also with front desk that the hygiene level was very low indeed. In a private facility this is a disgrace. Further, I found that any details given on a prior visit had not updated onto the current registration form. While I came in after 6.30 pm, i have seen the awful queues for registration at earlier times. Your reception person was on his own and was also on his own on the prior visit, and the paperwork took far too long. You need more than one person on the front desk. Overall, the clinic is poor.

He takes the time to explain things clearly and calmly, and he always answers questions with real care and thought. You feel listened to and never rushed. His professionalism is matched by his compassion, which makes an enormous difference when you are feeling worried or vulnerable. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is an outstanding doctor who always makes time for you and truly cares about his patients. For which I am truly grateful.

The receptionist and the nurse were lovely. However, the consultant made me feel like I wasn’t heard at all, I didn’t really get to talk about anything I wanted to talk about because every time I tried to I was cut off and told I would have to speak to someone else about that but I was confused as I was speaking about the issue I was there for. I also felt like I was penalised for my gp making a mistake and did feel very uncomfortable by the end of the consultation. Which made me quite sad as this is an issue I’ve been dealing with for a couple of years and I feel like I’m still getting no where with it.

I can not recommend this clinic enough. My partner SA was one of the last steps of our fertility. When the results came in at first we were confused and full of anxiety (and went into a deep Google black pit) - the consultation with Suzanne gave us the biggest sigh of relief and reassurance we needed with a plan of action to help boost our chances. Don’t rely on the internet to amp your anxiety, book that consultation after your SA to speak to someone who is an expert and can give you the “medical hug” you need.

All staff, including the doctor we saw, we're very friendly, made us feel at ease, and the procedure appears to have been carried out smoothly. The only thing I'd fault is the communication before the appointment, particularly the emails. They include a misleading price, the suggestion that a follow-up would not be required (when we understand that is completely normal) and we'd understood that we could/should be in the room when the procedure was taking place, which was then quite strongly advised against.
