Both of my clinicians were friendly and professional. In particular, Hannah Geary was excellent - reading my report from her, I felt she really listened and understood my situation and experiences. A few negative points: I arrived around 5-10 minutes early for my in-person appointment and no one from Skylight was listed on the outside of the clinic. I tried to speak to someone else on the buzzer list, but they couldn't help. I then rang the Skylight number and got an answer machine. Only then did my clinician arrive - he said he didn't know my appointment was at 9.30am as he never does appointments that early. This was an unnecessarily stressful experience, and when relaying this to Hannah Geary, she asked for my permission to escalate this. The wait time on communication was much longer than I would have expected. My report was also delayed because my early developmental questionnaire was somehow not linked to my profile. I received initial emails saying everything was complete in October, but then the eight-week timeline passed and I had to chase up. Had someone contacted me earlier to say there was a problem (which was easily rectified), I would not have had to wait an extra month to get my final report. I also haven't received confirmation that my request for extra sessions has been acknowledged and a rough timeline for these, so will follow up on email.

I fell down a couple of stairs and after almost a year of pain, repeat sprains and a long wait list with NHS for further investigation I booked an appointment with Andrew and I was so glad that I did. He listened to my symptoms and booked an MRI the following day. The results confirmed Andrews initial thoughts from review a complete ligament tear on the outer ankle and partial tear on the inner ankle. It was a relief to finally understand what was causing such extreme pain in normal every day activities and I was booked in for ankle reconstruction surgery within a few weeks. I am now almost 6 months on and Andrew has given me my life back. To wake pain free and be able to walk without pain and swelling as well as now being able get back into exercise has been just fantastic. The whole process was explained with professionalism and care and I cannot thank Andrew and the physio enough. Highly recommend anyone who is struggling with pain to book an appointment with Andrew.

I have been so pleased with my experience of surgery by Dr Shilen Patel. At the first consultation he explained very clearly and in detail what my operation would entail and the possible risks, but without scaring me. This gave me a lot of confidence for the day of the operation, and the surgery went very well. When dressings were removed 10 days after my operation I was really surprised to see how neat the wound was, and it was healing nicely. I had very little pain, and Mr Patel explained to me at my follow up appointment that the tumour had been removed fully without rupturing, so there is very little chance of it returning. He had also explained how they had worked to ensure they did not damage a nearby nerve which I had been so relieved about. In conclusion, I was very pleased with the overall treatment received and with the care and respect I was shown. Thank you.

Dr Catherine Spencer Smith was the first doctor to correctly diagnose my hip problem after I had previously been misdiagnosed by the NHS with a femoral hernia. Her assessment was extremely thorough and helped me clearly understand the true cause of my symptoms, including how they started after bunion surgery. Following my hip arthroscopy, she also helped me understand the cause of my lower back pain during recovery, reassuring me that the surgery itself was not the issue. She gave clear guidance on the physiotherapy I should follow and even offered to contact my physiotherapist directly, which I felt went well beyond what is normally expected. Her examinations are always precise, thoughtful, and very reassuring. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a careful and expert musculoskeletal opinion.

I was recommend by a local GP where I work to use Enhanced care, reason being is that for over two weeks I could not get into my own Totton GP surgery, calling and being way down the queuing order, I even went in to book an appointment and they said I have to call first thing, both local Pharmacies could do no more other than OTC meds and said you have to see your GP, I very quickly lost faith in my own doctor surgery. Thanks to Enhanced care from the initial online email to phone call, seeing the doctor all on the same day was well worth it, not only did the doctor ask about my current symptoms but also about my general heath and past issues ETC, medication same day and was feeling better within 4 days, highly recommend If your own GP surgery cant help sooner. We recently attended an appointment for nail removal with Tony Wilkinson. From arrival when we were greeted on both occasions by Dawn we had an excellent client experience. The premises are spotless. Dawn - the Receptionist on duty on both appiontments we incredibly friendly and took time to chat with my elderly mum to put her at ease. A great credit to the facility with lovely customer care. Not a good experience as I imagined paying privately would give. Unable to get prescription due to Dr putting my name as prescriber ? Telephone answering machine usually and although tried to sort I was left without medication . Reacted to dressings again so not feeling good at moment 😩 Please remember conversation during the procedure makes it a lot more invasive. Hoping this time I will free from pain !

I have struggled with trigger finger in both hands for a while. Mr. Jonathan Hobby has always given me the best advice and treatment. The most recent steroid injections have been a huge success. My middle fingers no longer lock when I'm carrying out daily tasks and the terrible pain in my left middle finger joint has disappeared. A huge relief and it's wonderful not to be in pain.
