Knowing I was anxious about test results, he personally arranged a call on a Saturday morning — entirely outside of any scheduled appointment — to talk me through the findings, put my mind at rest and reassure me. He also took the time to arrange prescriptions promptly and even replied to emails and answered questions on a Sunday. That level of availability and genuine concern for a patient's wellbeing is incredibly rare and deeply appreciated. Dr de Rosnay is the kind of doctor who restores your faith in healthcare — compassionate, thorough, and always willing to go the extra mile. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone.

At the initial consultation Dr Whitaker took the time to explain the condition and procedure in laymans terms to make it easier for us to understand. His compassionate and reassuring manner towards myself and my wife showed what a dedicated and gifted clinician he is. Dr Whitaker came to see us the morning of the procedure his calm and reassuring manner helped to disperse some of the anxiety I and my wife were feeling. Dr Whitaker took the time to speak to my wife once the procedure was complete, he reassured her about the success of the procedure, another example of his compassion by acknowleding my wife's anxiousness. His commitment to his patients is clear , he visited me after the procedure and then several days later. An expert in his field .

Hello I was very upset when the hospital charge me for XRAY in an NHS hospital that we have to be in the queue and don't get the private care. I had a fall in June 2024 and had an operation at RFH unfortunately the operation was not successful. I can't walk properly I am on a stick and have lots of pain. If I go to private is because I don't have any access to NHS but that doesn't mean that for diagnosis I need to pay while me and my family are paying a lot for taxes and don't benefit for our health when we need and are desperate. I also have been to another private consultant to find out what went wrong and if I can ever get better and can walk but they just charge me for consultation not XRAY in an all private clinic. Thank you

Overall, I had a good experience at the Fitzrovia Suite. The midwives were supportive, kind, and readily available, providing good care following my c section. I was particularly grateful for the overnight support. The team helped look after my baby, ensuring I was able to get much-needed sleep and rest, which was invaluable for my recovery. However, The handover process between midwives during shift changes could be better managed, as there were some gaps in communication between team members. Additionally, the catering was fairly average and quite rigid in terms of meal timings and available options, which could be more flexible.

I attended tonight for a scan of my hands with Dr Patterson. On arrival I was welcomed at reception, checked in quickly and asked to take a seat in the waiting room. Breda then came out and called me to attend the consultation room, introductions were made, and Dr Patterson then performed my scan, he was professional, and provided information relevant to my condition. The whole consultation was a pleasure and demonstrated the significance difference a private company can make to a struggling NHS. Thankyou both again for such a positive experience.

The consultant was very reassuring throughout. The teams, medical and physio, came across as calm, competent and professional. The nurses and reception staff at the hospital were friendly, calm and professional not just to me, the patient, but to my wife as well. Recovery after the procedure was less daunting than I feared it would be, the pain experienced was less than I feared it might be, and the rehab process has been every bit as easy as I was told it might be. The entire experience was smooth, and the nursing team provided excellent care. I am on week three after surgery and I already feel a lot better than before the surgery!
