Excellent service polite and very professional

I can’t rate the Endoscopy Centre highly enough. From reception to admission to PPE to Colonoscopy to recovery to Colonoscopy report to discharge, nothing could have been done any better you can’t improve upon perfection. It was all down to the staff all caring experts in every way, what a team.

My appointment was at 13.40. I waited only a couple of minutes before going through for my pre-assessment etc.I was made to feel at ease and reassured (it did help that I had worked with a couple of the nurses!). On completion of the ‘paperwork’ the nurse went to see if they were ready for me to go through for my endoscopy. Once again I received a warm reassuring welcome which helped me to relax somewhat. Full clear explanation of the procedure were given. At no time did I feel rushed. All the staff in the treatment room were calm & professional at all times and my dignity was maintained. I was so worried about the whole procedure- my major concern was my teeth! But all was good. I was shown to the ‘recovery area where I relaxed and was given clear discharge instructions - very good to have it all written down clearly. The Consultant also came to discuss the findings and discussed ongoing care. Having worked in the NHS myself for 48 years I have to say all the staff here are highly professional individuals. I was treated with such respect and dignity.You should all be very proud of your high standards of care. And the other thing is my appointment was at 13.40 and all was completed by 14.36- INCREDIBLE! Very professional and carefull

I had a great experience at this Endoscopy center. Everyone was very kind and professional. The consultant surgeon, Mr. Siddiqi, was extremely attentive, professional, and caring. He took the time to explain everything clearly and performed the procedure with great care. I was very happy with the way I was looked after, I felt truly cared for. Thank you to the whole team for your excellent care.

Very happy with the care I received, the staff were excellent throughout.

The clinic was running 30 minutes behind schedule, however the staff was amazing. They made me feel at ease and was very good with me as I was anxious about the procedure. Very caring and kind staff and Mr kumar was so nice and talked me through things.
