From the minute I walked into the unit I was met with friendly smiling staff. Felt very at ease the entire time I was there. Professional and friendly throughout the entire experience.

Overall, I had a positive experience. The medical team, including the Nursing staff were professional, but at the same time demonstrated an excellent caring attitude, such as making me feel at ease. The consultant was nice and explained everything. He was also ‘ down to earth’ with a good sense of humour. I would highly recommend this centre to anyone experiencing issues I’ve worked in the NHS for many years and I know the standards I would expect from a service. Therefore overall I would rate my experience as 10/10 - exceptional service Thank you.

My visit for a colonoscopy at the Eastwood Centre was very smooth. Staff were very friendly and put me at ease. During the procedure they made sure I was ok and only let me leave once happy I was ok and someone there to take me home.

My appointment was scheduled for 1:55pm. I was prepped by a lovely nurse. MY DOCTOR WASN'T EVEN THERE. He couldn't be bothered to show up and blamed traffic, which according to one of the other nurses, he'd done the day before too! Thanks to the other staff, they got me in with another doctor as I had to get back to work.

Friendly efficient staff and service. Great to have a local facility like this, rather than having to visit a main hospital. Whole process /procedure took less than an hour and was able to book an appointment within a few days.

I had a cancellation offered at short notice which was convenient for me. I had hardly sat down in the waiting room and I was ushered through to the nurse. The theatre nurses and the consultant were very reassuring and the procedure was over before I knew it! In the recovery area the nurse explained when I could eat and what to do if I had any adverse reactions and I was out of the door within the hour.

Just had my recent colonoscopy, and wow the experience was brilliant from the moment I walked in to the moment I left! A big shout out to Debbie and Linda who looked after me before and after my procedure, their level of professionalism was outstanding, and made me feel at ease throughout. Also a massive thank you to Mr Vikas Kumar, Mrs Jackie Poskitt and Nora Datt who completed my colonoscopy very well. If anyone is worried about having a colonoscopy, please don’t as you will be looked after and made at ease straight away. I would 100% come back if I need another colonoscopy in the future.
