Dr Denis Lindo

Dr Denis Lindo is a Consultant Gastroenterologist at Basildon Hospital where he has worked for over 10 years. He has experience in a large number of gastrointestinal disorders and his areas of interest include:

• Endoscopy
• Bowel Cancer Screening
• Inflammatory Bowel Disease
• Irritable Bowel Syndrom
• Pancreas and Gallbladder disease
• Barrett's Oesophagus
• Dyspepsia
• Diahrrhoea, constipation, and rectal bleeding

Dr Lindo is a skilled Colonoscopist within the national Bowel Cancer Screening Programme. He is also a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians. Dr Lindo trained at various hospitals including UCLH and the Royal Free hospital. He also has specialist training (CCST) in General Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. His research interests are in medical education.

Dr Lindo has consulting rooms at the Nuffield Health Brentwood Hospital:

1st, 3rd & 5th Thursday of the month from 5.30pm

2nd, 4th & 5th Monday of the month from 9am

and Spire, Wellesley Hospital, Southend-On-Sea

1st, 3rd & 5th Wednesday from 6pm

Appointmens are booked directly with the hospitals.
