I would like to give a big THANK YOU to all the staff at Practice Plus Ilford who provided me with a great inguinal hernia surgery. I have to say that I am delighted with the treatment that I recieved and the very successful outcome. I knew that I was in good hands and that I was being cared for by professionals who knew exactly what they were doing and who sought to make me feel very comfortable and confident about the operation and answered all my concerns satisfactorily. The Doctors provided a high level of expertise and customer care. I am also very grateful to Sitara who was my contact at Practice Plus, who has great communication skills and was always very available to answer any concerns or questions that I had. Sitara dealt with me in a friendly, compassionate and professional manner which was very reassuring and helpful. Iman Mohamed was extremely kind and very helpful to me on the day of my surgery. A great surgery by Erika Birgiolaite. Because of all of the above, I would highly recommend Practice Plus to anyone who is seeking a hernia operation.
Dr Anand and her team were fantastic with my cataracts procedure.. they made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The team all Knew their roles and worked very well together. The procedure was over before I knew it and the result has been fantastic. Tank you again
Paid privately for Hip Replacement, initial appointment was disappointing with an hour wait, and a non interested surgeon. A few blips along the way, upon arrival on surgery day, they had me down for a knee replacement not hip, staff on night shift not the friendliest, and thet x rayed the incorrect hip after the surgery. Day shift were great and surgery went well. I will say I expected more for paying privately however the main thing I've had my surgery instead of the ridiculous wait time on the nhs.
I attended the hospital on Wednesday 14th January for a hip replacement by Mr Mannin. The operation was a complete success and I was discharged the next day.
The consultant was very good & explained the options to me & what he was proposing to do.
From diagnosis to operation to rehab took about 15 days. How about that!
I was very impressed with all aspects of the service you offer.
