Mr Waheed has performed two hip replacement surgeries on me in the last 6 months. I couldn’t be more delighted with the operations and my recoveries. My scars are neat and my recoveries from both operations have been swift and incident free. It’s 6 weeks since my 2nd replacement and I’m already walking without assistance.
Mr Waheed explained everything perfectly and also convinced me to lose weigh for the surgery to make my recovery better and I lost weight which I needed to lose. Mr Waheed had time for me while I was having my surgery. I feel that when I went to Braintree hospital the team was excellent. There was a student nurse in her 2nd year and she was out of this worl and will make an excellent nurse once she qualifies.
My whole experience with Mr Waheed and Spire hospital has been more than I could hope for. All staff that I met were very pleasant and helpful. I cannot fault a single thing. The operation and aftercare was well explained to me. The care from all staff was 100 %
Mr Waheed has a calm and pleasant manner which immediately put me at ease. He was happy to answer my questions, and I felt reassured following my appointment.
I was very well looked after and had every confidence that I would receive excellent care. The operation went really well, and it was made very clear to me that I would need to work hard on the rehabilitation exercises.
My most recent visit was a post operative check up. I came way feeling encouraged as it was nice to see Mr Waheed was genuinely happy to see how much better I was feeling .
Mr Waheed explained the operation to me and answered any questions that I had. He showed me an X-ray of my new knee at my final consultation and gave me advice on the aftercare of my knee. I am very pleased with the care that I received.
Whole experience was good from nurses at Nuffield to hospital appointments. Everyone very helpful and approachable. Consultant Mr Waheed. He explained things very clearly, lovely manner and a great experience.
I cannot say how happy I am with my total knee replacement. Dr Waheed was completely professional, knowledgeable and reassuring. Thank you so much, and many thanks to the entire team at Spire.
My hip replacement was painless and controlled by wonderful team leader the amazing Abdul Waheed.
