Mr Ravi Ray

Last visit for recent shoulder surgery, which was privately funded due to long NHS waiting times. Consultant mostly happy with progress but offered pain relieving injection as not quite healed as quickly as anticipated. Hoping this is covered as a complication of surgery as more expenses would be hard to find, however it was fully communicated to me before consent.

I had a steroid injection today mr Ravi Ray was very friendly and very helpful.

Just had a consultation with Mr Ray, my opening statement was, I could shake your hand and kiss you. The reason, Mr Ray operated on my left shoulder, and replaced my shoulder joint, that two hour op transformed my daily life from, drug taking and constant grinding pain from that joint, to a pain free existence . I now have zero pain after living with a constant 6 or 7 level, and regular escalation of pain killers. The final outcome is now totally in my hands with the physio to get a range of mobility back I have not had for many years . Once again many thanks, looking forward to our next meeting when my right shoulder can be replaced

Mr Ray is one of the nicest people you could meet, he’s so friendly , explains things to you and treats you as a person and not just another patient. He’s an excellent surgeon and the work he does is exceptional with amazing results and amazing scars which are almost invisible. Would 100% recommend Mr Ray for surgery.

Mr Ray was recommended by my physiotherapist and was wonderful from start to finish. Warm, kind and professTonal, he explained every step and option as we went through. Result was amazing - feel back to normal again
